REGISTRATION POLICY: The person registering is required to register in the name which is on their valid government-issued picture ID (no aliases or nicknames accepted). An email address, which is accessible to the registrant, is also required on the registration form. If an individual is registering more than one person, each registrant must be identified by their individual contact information.
Your money will not be refunded if you refuse to wear the event wristband and lanyard at all times.
REFUND POLICY: The NOLASE DOES NOT refund for cancellations due to medical illness, family emergencies, loss of employment, job relocation, death of a loved one, military deployment, or any other reasons not listed above. The registrant can transfer their registration within the transfer policy timeline. The transfer is completely the responsibility of the registrant.
TRANSFER POLICY: Registration transfers will be allowed until April 30, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS. The registrant must notify the NOLASE via the email address,
[email protected], to obtain the required instructions. Please use the email address used to register for the event.
CHECK-IN POLICY: All registrants must check-in with their Valid Government Issued Picture ID. If the name on the ID doesn’t match the name on the registration form, they will not be allowed to check-in. Check-in is required by all individuals in person. No exceptions.
Upon check-in, your wrist will be affixed with a wristband and a lanyard for your neck. They must be worn the entire weekend and is your All-Access Weekend Pass. If you don’t wear the wristband and lanyard, you will be denied entry and no refund will be provided. If you are purchasing an Event Registration for someone else, it is your responsibility to advise them of our Wristband and Lanyard Policy.
PRIVACY POLICY: Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.
LIABILITY POLICY: I understand and agree that Let's Mess It Up Soul Line Dancing, LMIU, Linda Simms, Linda SImms, LLC or any of its representatives are NOT responsible for any personal theft, injury, damaged personal property, medical expenses, hospitalization or death as a result of my voluntary participation in the NOLA Southern Experience Jam (NOLASE) event now or at any time in the future. I understand that I should consult a physician before my participation. Let's Mess It Up Soul Line Dancing, Linda Simms, LLC and Linda Simms reserves the right to refuse registration admittance.
I hereby release, waive and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against Linda Simms, LLC, Let’s Mess It Up Soul Line Dancing and its affiliated partners, including in each case, without limitation, employees, volunteers, and agents (the “released parties”), either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the released parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out of pocket expenses, or loss or damage to property, which I, my heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives, may have or which may hereinafter accrue on my behalf, which arise or may hereafter arise from my participation with the activity.
I understand and agree that all photographs and videotaping of my participation in the NOLA Southern Experience Jam (NOLASE) is the property of and can be used by Let's Mess It Up Soul Line Dancing organization and Linda Simms, LLC for the promotion, advertising and sales and are not subject to any royalty fees or payment to me now or at any time in the future. Additionally, I am 18 years of age or older and I understand that anyone under the age of 18 will not be admitted. I thoroughly understand and agree to the Refund, No Transfer and Wristband Policies.
Travel Insurance Info:
Linda Simms, LLC, Linda Simms and Let's Mess It Up Soul Line Dancing DO NOT refund for event cancellations outside of our Refund and Transfer Policy. For this reason, we encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance. For assistance in obtaining travel coverage, we recommend INSUREMYTRIP website to review and compare various insurance options to see if it meets your needs. This is only a RECOMMENDATION. Linda Simms, LLC, Linda Simms and Let's Mess It Up Soul Line Dancing are not affiliated with this site.
Your registration constitutes acceptance and adherence to the Terms and Conditions outlined in the policies listed above.
The parties hereby indicate by their signatures below that they have read the terms and conditions of this Agreement in its entirety.
